What are Pre-Orders?
Pre-Orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our store. Each collection or item available for Pre-Order will have its own specific shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.

Combined orders that contain available items and Pre-Order items: 

- Available items will ship right away according to the shipping specification selected for the order.

- Pre-Orders will be shipped as they arrive with the shipping specification determined by High Street Cannatech LLC.

How long will it take to arrive?

Once we receive the Pre-Ordered items we will ship them to you within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has shipped with a tracking number. 

When will you charge me for my item?

To secure your item, you will be charged at the time of purchase.

Can I cancel items that I have Pre-Ordered?

Yes. Please contact us at highstreetnj@icloud.com. Please note that canceled Pre-Orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
