Refunds and Returns
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns on any items.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
Refused Delivery
Any packages that are refused upon delivery and returned to us will be refunded less the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be issued. If the refused delivery was a mistake, please contact us immediately at highstreetnj@icloud.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right. Any defects need to be reported within 7 days after delivery.
Lost or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you received a notice that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact the shipping company and file a claim. We can try and help the best that we can on our side, but UPS and USPS request that the customer file the claim.
